About the Founder - Sarah
Meet Sarah - NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Hi! I am Sarah, the founder of B&B Fitness. I started my journey as a personal trainer right after college, and I’m coming up on 8 years of helping people achieve their fitness goals. I’m NASM certified and have a lifelong background as a competitive gymnast.
The idea for B&B Fitness came to me after I had my son, Cooper. Like many new moms, I struggled with severe postpartum depression (PPD) and missed the gym. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving Cooper to work out, and I realized how important it was for moms to have a place where they could bring their little ones and focus on their health—mentally and physically.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, not just for physical strength but for mental well-being. I believe that when we take care of ourselves, we are better able to care for our families. At B&B Fitness, my mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your body.
Whether you’re working toward a fitness goal or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Moms, you deserve to prioritize your health—and I’m excited to help you do that in a space that understands and supports you.
