Group Fitness Classes
Join us for fun, energizing group fitness classes designed for women of all fitness levels. Classes are held every Monday-Friday at 11am and Saturday at 10:30am, making it easy to fit into your schedule.
We believe fitness should be accessible and family-friendly, which is why we encourage you to bring your kids along—no babysitter required! Your children will stay in sight the entire time, creating a safe and supportive environment for both moms and kids.
We don’t offer formal childcare, but we make it work together! If you have a baby, bring a blanket or carrier so they can stay comfortable while you move. Need to pause mid-class to nurse or comfort your little one? No worries—we’re here to support you.
With flexible packages tailored to your needs, you can join us as often as your schedule allows. Whether you're building strength, improving endurance, or just enjoying time with other women, this is your space to grow and thrive—alongside your little ones!
1:1 Personal Training
Take the stress out of fitness with 1:1 personal training sessions tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle. I know how challenging it can be to find trustworthy childcare, which is why I encourage you to bring your baby or kids along. Your little ones are welcome to stay with you during our sessions, so you can focus on your fitness without worrying about leaving them behind.
Each 50-minute session is customized to meet your specific needs, whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or achieve other personal fitness goals. Together, we'll create a plan that works for you, providing guidance, motivation, and support every step of the way.

Virtual Training
At Barbells & Babies Fitness, our Virtual Personal Training service is designed to bring personalized fitness directly to you, no matter where you are.
For just $200 a month, you’ll receive five custom workouts each week, tailored to your fitness level and goals.
We offer a 30-minute video check-in each week to ensure you’re progressing and to adjust your plan as needed.
Our easy-to-use app tracks your progress and provides instructional videos for each exercise, so you always know how to perform movements safely and effectively.
Whether you’re not near our physical location or simply prefer the flexibility of training at home, our virtual training program ensures you have the support and guidance to better yourself and reach your fitness goals.
Nutrition Support
Achieving your fitness goals goes hand-in-hand with nourishing your body, and I’m excited to offer personalized nutrition plans and tips in collaboration with Karli Blakley, a registered dietitian.
Karli specializes in helping women unlearn diet culture, rediscover the joy of eating, and develop a healthier relationship with food—free from guilt or restriction. Whether you’re looking for guidance on balanced meal planning, portion tips, or simply building a more mindful approach to eating, we’re here to support you.
Nutrition plans are available upon request and designed to complement your fitness journey, empowering you to feel strong, energized, and confident in your body.
